We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, talking to suppliers and customers. There is always some paperwork that needs finishing. We are a private limited company, but we keep things very low-key. It is just a practical way to manage things without needing a massive warehouse right on site. Sometimes the elevators in Eden R are a bit slow when we are in a hurry. We just make it work. Most days it’s about balancing the books and planning the next steps for the beverages. Being in a residential area means it’s quiet enough to actually get things done. We don't really do the big marketing stuff. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure our records are straight. It's a straightforward way to run a small company. The view from the third floor is actually quite nice.
