Kamal & Co Kamal Caterer & Decorators (Paldi)

Our office is located at 6-A Shri Swaminarayan Avenue, which is right in the Paldi area. Most people find us by looking for the old Anjali Cinema building, as we are on the road heading towards Vasna from there. Kamal & Co has been handling food and decorations for a long time now. We started small, just helping out with local events, and it grew from there. The space here is mostly used for storing our equipment, like the big cooking pots and the fabric we use for tents. It is often a bit cluttered because we are always moving things in and out for different jobs. We do not have a fancy showroom to show off our work. Usually, we just sit down with people and talk about what they need for their function. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes because a client changed their mind about the flower colors or the menu, but that is just how the catering business goes. The staff we have are mostly locals who have worked with us for years. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing department. We just do our work and hope the food tastes good enough that people tell their neighbors. The road outside can get quite crowded, so unloading the trucks is sometimes a bit of a struggle, but we make it work. It is a busy life, but it keeps us going.
