Drive In Road is one of those places that is always active, and being across from the Doordarshan building makes us easy to spot. We aren't a big franchise or a polished corporate entity. It is just a restaurant in a tower. We spend our days here, from the early morning prep until we close up at night. The Thaltej area has grown a lot, and J B Tower has been a part of that for a while. We do not have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just run the restaurant the way we know how. The people who come here are usually locals or folks working in the nearby offices. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the road outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep things simple and honest. No one here is trying to win any awards for fancy writing or branding. It is just us, the staff and the kitchen, doing our thing every day. We focus on the daily chores, like keeping the tables clean and making sure we are ready for the next person who walks in. Being on Drive In Road means there is always life around us.
