K. R. Italian Marbles

You can find us at Plot No. 196/228, Paiki-1, which is right near the Ramdevpir Temple in Navapura. We are situated along the Sarkhej-Bavala Highway in Changodar. It’s a very busy spot because of all the trucks and cars heading down the highway. At K. R. Italian Marbles, we deal with some pretty big pieces of stone. You can hear the traffic humming in the background all day long. Being near the temple means there’s a lot of activity around here, especially on certain days of the week. Our yard is where we keep all the marble slabs lined up. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything organized when you have so much weight to move around. We usually spend our time checking the quality of the stone and making sure the pieces are cut right. The sun can be quite strong out here in Changodar, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don't really go in for any polished sales talk. We just show people the marble and let them decide for themselves. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on your feet all day. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but most people just look for the temple or the big stacks of stone by the highway. We’ve been part of this area for a while and just keep doing our thing. It's noisy and dusty, but it's where we work.
