Josh Bevertech is tucked away in the 3rd Phase of the industrial area in Umbergaon. If you know the Marine Cable landmark, we are right near there. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all the time. We work on beverage technology and production. It’s mostly about keeping the machines running and making sure the liquid is bottled correctly. The heat in the 1601/8 plot can get pretty intense, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not some big corporate entity with a polished lobby; our space is more about utility and getting the job done. We spend our days looking at gauges and checking seals. Some of us have been here since the beginning, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. Umergam is a good place for this kind of work because everything you need is nearby. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, do the maintenance, run the lines, and go home. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but that’s just part of being in the manufacturing business in Gujarat. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the equipment in good shape.
