J.K Lakshmi Cement Limited

Our office is tucked away in Khodiar Society at Flat No-55 in Kalol. Being in the Gandhinagar area means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth, but our actual workspace is very quiet and simple. It is basically just a flat where we handle all the local business for J.K Lakshmi Cement Limited. We do not have a huge warehouse or a factory at this specific address; it is more of a base for our paperwork and for meeting with local builders. Most of our morning is spent on the phone, checking on deliveries and making sure the supply is moving as it should. Gujarat is building up fast, and Kalol is part of that, so there is always someone looking for cement. We usually have a pot of tea going, and that is where most of our planning happens. We are not trying to be a big, flashy corporation here. We are just a small team of regular people making sure the local construction projects have what they need. Sometimes the society is noisy with kids playing outside, but we just close the door and get back to our logs. We know the local contractors and the truck drivers by name. It is a very direct way of doing business. We do not use any complicated systems or marketing talk. We just focus on the orders and try to get the timing right for everyone involved.
