J.K Cement Ltd. has a branch over here in Raibarely at F-6 in the District Hospital Colony. It’s a fairly quiet location, which is nice compared to some of the busier industrial zones. We mainly handle the local distribution and admin work from this office. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load some samples into a vehicle. The colony is a familiar place to us, and we’ve become a part of the daily landscape for the people living nearby. Our office inside is functional—just desks, some filing cabinets, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. We don't have a big corporate feel at all; it’s more like a local shop where you can walk in and talk to someone face-to-face. Raibarely has its own pace, and we try to work within that. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just making sure the cement gets to the builders who need it for their projects. We’ve got a good routine going, and even though the days can be long, there’s a sense of satisfaction in seeing another day’s work completed without too much trouble. We just do our bit and keep the paperwork moving along.
