We’ve been here at Tirupati Estate for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right by Navneet Prakashan Kendra in Sukhramnagar. It’s a busy part of Rakhial, and there is always something going on. Being Jayhind Traders and Rushabh Building Material Supplier means we deal with a lot of heavy stuff every day. Trucks come in and out, and there is usually dust on the floors by noon. We mostly handle building supplies for local projects. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the traffic near the estate gets a bit tight, especially during peak hours. We’ve got a small team here, just a few of us making sure orders get loaded up properly. Most of our regulars are contractors or folks doing up their houses nearby. They just drop by, tell us what they need, and we figure out the loading. The office isn’t much to look at, just a desk and some chairs, but it works for what we do. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with cement, bricks, and all that takes a toll on the clothes, so we aren’t exactly dressed for a party. It’s just honest work here in Rakhial. We keep the gates open and try to stay on top of the stock so nobody leaves empty-handed when they drive down to shop 11.
