Jay Shree Marble & Granite

You can find Jay Shree Marble & Granite over near the Silver Oak Club on S.G. Road in Gota. We’re located at Survey No-400. It’s a busy part of town, and being near the club makes us pretty easy to locate. Our yard is usually packed with a variety of marble and granite slabs. We spend a lot of time walking around with customers, showing them the different veins in the marble or the grain in the granite. No two stones are ever really the same, which is the interesting part of the job. Some mornings we’re just unloading trucks, and other days we’re helping someone pick out just the right piece for a small bathroom. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving these things around without cracking them. The dust from the stone gets on everything, but that’s just part of it. We’ve been in Gota for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change as more buildings go up. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. We don’t go in for big marketing or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by driving past or through word of mouth. We try to keep a good variety of stock so there’s something for everyone, whether they want something plain or a bit more colorful. It’s just us here, working with the stone we know best.
