Jay shree Bhairavnath Bhojnalaya

We are based in Shop-A-21 at the Tejendra Complex. This is on Soni ni Chawl Road in the Odhav area of Ahmedabad. It’s a very industrial part of the city, right opposite the CMC Mill. Because of the mills and factories nearby, we get a lot of workers coming in for their meals. They need something that tastes like home and doesn't cost too much. Jay shree Bhairavnath Bhojnalaya is a small place, and it can get quite crowded during the shift changes at the mills. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just the basic stuff we need to serve food. The floor is concrete and the tables are sturdy. Ahmedabad is a hot city, and Odhav can be quite dusty, so we are always cleaning. We don’t have a big mission or any corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is hot and ready when the workers arrive. The pincode here is 382120. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the factory foremen. We don't do any advertising; the smell of the cooking usually brings people in. It’s hard work, and the hours are long, but we are used to it. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We are just a bhojnalaya for regular people who work hard. That's the truth of it.
