Indocem India (P) Ltd.

Our office is located at Indocem House, which is right in the Sundarvan Society area on Ashram Road. It is a pretty central location, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We have been operating from number 8 for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves cement and construction materials. It is a straightforward business. The office is usually filled with the sound of calculators and people talking on their mobiles. We have a small team here. Some of us have been here since the early days. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. Mostly, we just sit down, look at the supply schedules, and talk to the site managers who need materials delivered. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, but it works for us. Ashram Road is always moving, and sometimes it is hard to find parking near the society, which is a bit of a pain for visitors. We try to keep things organized, though papers do pile up during the busy season. We deal with a lot of different vendors and people in the building trade. It is practical work. You won’t find any big posters with slogans on our walls. It is just desks, chairs, and the usual office stuff. We just try to make sure the orders are right and the trucks get out on time. It is what it is, just a group of people working hard.
