Hyderabadi Hut

Hyderabadi Hut is located on the second floor of the Centaur Complex. We are right at Vijay Cross Road in Navrangpura, which is a very active part of Ahmedabad. If you are looking for us, we are basically opposite R K Vada Pav. Most people know that landmark. Being on the second floor means people have to walk up or take the lift, so we don't get as many random walk-ins as the ground floor shops, but we have our regulars. The complex is always full of people going to different offices or tuition classes. Our place isn't very large. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the kitchen when we are all working together. We’ve been here for some time now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Navrangpura is always busy with students and office workers. We spend our mornings getting everything ready before the lunch rush hits. It’s a lot of work and sometimes we get pretty tired by the evening. The view from the second floor is just the busy street and the trees. We don't have any fancy marketing or big slogans. We just open the doors and do our best. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down and we have to carry everything up the stairs, which isn't fun, but we manage. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here in Ahmedabad. We just stay focused on what we are doing every day.
