Hot Plate Multicuisine Restaurant

Hot Plate Multicuisine Restaurant is located right in the Indraprasth Shopping Complex. Being next to the HSBC ATM means there are always people walking past our window. We chose this spot because it's right near Himalaya Mall on the Drive In road, so it stays pretty busy throughout the day. I spend a lot of my time handling the different dishes we serve. Since we do multicuisine, the kitchen is usually a bit chaotic with different pots and pans going at once. One burner might have gravy while another has noodles. It’s a lot to manage for a small crew. The shopping complex can get a bit noisy, and the parking outside is always a struggle for everyone. We see a lot of people who are just tired from shopping and need a place to sit for a while. The tables are standard wood, nothing too special, and sometimes we have to move them around to fit larger families. I usually handle the billing myself while trying to keep an eye on the kitchen staff. It isn't a quiet or calm place during lunch hours. We just try to get the food out as fast as we can without making too many mistakes. Sometimes the AC takes a while to cool the room down when it's packed. It is just a regular restaurant where people eat before going back to their errands. We keep the lights on until late.
