Ambrosia The Multicuisine Restaurant

You’ll find us at the Atithi Hotel building, right on Law Garden Road. We are pretty close to Lal Nagri Hospital in the Ellis Bridge area of Ahmedabad. It’s a well-known part of town, so we get people coming in after shopping at the markets or visiting the gardens nearby. The restaurant has been here for years. We do a lot of different types of food because that’s what people like around here. It’s a big space but it fills up fast on Sunday nights. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. The tables are sturdy and the plates are clean. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and they know the regulars by name. We just try to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the air conditioning working when it gets hot outside. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this going in such a busy neighborhood, but we enjoy it. We see a lot of students from the nearby colleges and families who have been coming here since they were kids. It’s just a normal restaurant where you can get a good meal. No fancy stories, just us doing our jobs every day. We’re easy to spot if you’re driving down Law Garden Road. We usually have some music playing low in the background, but mostly it’s just the sound of people talking. It’s a good atmosphere. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving.
