That’s a very busy spot in the 380009 district. C G Road always has a lot of people walking around and cars looking for spots. We've been here for a good amount of time. It’s a standard setup for a restaurant in this part of town. We open up, get the food ready, and wait for the lunch and dinner crowds. Being near Panchvati Circle means we see a lot of students and office workers. The building itself, White House, is easy to spot if you are familiar with Navrangpura. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. It can get pretty packed on the weekends, which is just how it goes on C G Road. We try to keep the tables clean and the service moving as fast as we can manage. It’s a bit of a rush sometimes, but we are used to it by now. Ahmedabad is a place where people love to eat out, and we are just one of the many spots where that happens. We aren't some high-end place with a dress code.
