We are out on Sarkhej Bavla Road, right at Plot No. 427/431 in the Moraiya Farm area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it gives us the space we need for the solar stuff. Changodar is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the factories around here. Our yard is usually full of equipment and frames for panels. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the warehouse part of the building. The office part is just a few desks and a coffee machine that sometimes works. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the road get busier and busier every year. Working with solar means we’re often out at sites, but this is where we plan everything. It can get pretty dusty with the wind blowing across the open plots. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address. Most of the people who come here already know where we are. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when the sun is beating down on the yard. We just get on with it. Some days are slow, some are incredibly hectic with trucks arriving late. We just try to keep things moving. There is always a bit of paperwork to catch up on at the end of the day. We just stay until it’s finished. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied out here.
