Gurunanak Restaurant

You can find us right on Station Road in Kalupur, very close to Ashirwad Market. This part of Ahmedabad, 380001, is always moving, especially with the railway station nearby and the Kapasiya Bazaar right here. Our restaurant is in the middle of all that noise and activity. We get a lot of travelers who just got off a train and are looking for something to eat before they head to their next stop. We also have many regulars who work in the bazaar and come in for their daily lunch. The place isn't very large, so it can get crowded during the middle of the day. We have tables squeezed in to make room for as many people as possible. It’s the kind of spot where you might end up sharing a table with a stranger, but that’s just how it goes here. We keep the service quick because most of our customers are in a rush to catch a train or get back to their shops. The kitchen is always on the go, making sure the food is ready and hot. We don’t have fancy menus or decorations. It’s just a plain room with good food and a lot of history in this neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still here serving the same kind of meals to whoever walks through the door. It is loud and busy, but we call it home.
