This office is just a small room in Radha Vallabh Park, specifically B/59. It’s tucked away near Nigam Society, so it’s much quieter than the main road. I mostly spend my time looking through piles of resumes and answering the phone when people call about jobs. Some days it’s very busy with people walking in to ask for work, and other days I’m just sitting here staring at the files. The walls are a bit plain, and the chairs have seen better days, but they do the job. My desk is usually a mess of sticky notes and pens that don't always work. Since we are in a residential area, you hear the neighborhood kids playing outside or the vegetable vendors calling out in the street. It feels more like a home than a big corporate office, which I think makes people feel a little less nervous when they come in for a chat. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a small one near the gate. Sometimes it's hard to find the right person for the right spot, but we just keep trying one by one. I drink a lot of tea while I work, mostly bought from the stall at the corner. It's a simple operation here, nothing too complicated. Just me, a computer, and a lot of people looking for a way to earn a living.
