Gamthi Restaurant

You can find Gamthi Restaurant out on the Nana Chioda Ring Road. We’re tucked in behind the G.E.B Sub Station, right along the highway heading out of Ahmedabad. It’s a location that sees a lot of truck drivers and people traveling between cities. Because we’re on the highway road, we stay open for those who need a break from driving. It’s a practical spot. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights, just a place to sit and eat. The building is simple. We’ve been here long enough that people know to look for the sub station to find our turn-off. The wind gets a bit dusty out here by the ring road, but we keep the inside tidy. Our team is used to the pace of the highway. We serve what we have, and we try to make sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s not like the restaurants you find in the middle of the city. It’s more laid back here. We don’t really do fancy plating. The focus is on getting the food out to people who have miles left to go. Most of our regulars are folks who work nearby or drive this route often. We’ve got plenty of space for parking, which is why people like stopping here.
