Fresh Yes

Fresh Yes is situated in Kalupur, right by the Ahmedabad Railway Station. Because we are so close to the station, we get a lot of travelers coming through at all hours. It is a very busy part of the city. There is always noise from the trains and the crowds outside. We have learned to work quickly because most people are in a hurry to catch a train or have just arrived and want to get home. The shop isn't fancy at all. It is a practical space designed to handle a lot of foot traffic. We spend a lot of time cleaning because of all the dust and soot from the street. It’s hard work, but we are used to it after all these years. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just put our sign out and people see us when they walk out of the station. Sometimes we have to deal with delays in our supplies because of the heavy traffic in Ahmedabad, but we manage. Our staff is just a few local guys who know how to handle the rush. We don't use scripts when we talk to customers. We just say hello and get them what they need as fast as possible. It is a real, fast-paced environment. We are just here to serve the people passing through Kalupur every day. We don't mind the noise; it just means the city is alive.
