Fresh Flower Restaurant

Our restaurant is located right near the Usmanpura Cross Road on Ashram Road. We are directly opposite the Fortune Hotel in the Usmanpura area of Ahmedabad. It’s a very central location, so we get all kinds of people coming in. Ashram Road is always packed with cars and buses, so it’s pretty noisy outside, but we try to keep it a bit quieter once you step through our door. We named it Fresh Flower Restaurant a long time ago. We aren't a big chain or a fancy dining hall. We just have a regular dining room with tables and chairs where you can get a meal. A lot of the people who work in the nearby office buildings come here for lunch. It gets quite busy around 1:00 PM, and we all have to move fast to keep up. We don't have a polished corporate look. The walls have a few pictures, and the furniture is just standard stuff we’ve had for years. We just focus on getting the work done every day. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this stretch of Ashram Road, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don't put out ads or try to be something we're not. We just open up, cook, and serve the people who walk in. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in this part of Ahmedabad. We don’t have much to say besides that. Just a plain place for food.
