Freezeland Restaurant

We've been here at Silicon Tower in Ellisbridge for a good while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite the Rock Regency Hotel. If you're coming from behind the Samartheswar Mahadev temple, you'll find us easily enough. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic on this side of Ahmedabad. We just try to keep things simple here. The restaurant isn't anything fancy, just a place where you can sit down and have a meal without too much noise. We started this because we liked the area and it seemed like a good place for people to stop by. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but that’s just how it goes around here. My staff and I have been working together for a few years, and we know most of the regulars who come in from the nearby offices. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they’re in the neighborhood or staying at the hotels nearby. It's a straightforward setup at A & G 1. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are clean. There’s always something happening on the street outside, but inside we try to keep it steady. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with new buildings coming up, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s just a local business trying to do its thing every day.
