Our place is called Foodking Empire, located near Altius 3 and right across from the Parasmani Flats in Thaltej. It’s a busy corner of the city. At Food Solution India Ltd, we are always on the move. Food work doesn't really stop. We have deliveries coming in early and trucks going out late. The kitchen and processing areas are always loud with the sound of fans and machinery. It’s a lot of work to keep everything clean and moving, but we manage. Most of us have been here since the start. We wear our aprons and hairnets and just get to it. Thaltej is a fast-growing area, so there’s always construction or new people moving into the flats nearby. We sometimes get people knocking on the door asking what we’re making because the smells drift out into the street. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s a working facility. The desks in the front office are usually covered in delivery notes and schedules. We try to stay organized, but it gets chaotic when a big order comes in. We aren't corporate types in suits. We’re food people who understand how to get things processed and sent out. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially in the summer heat, but it’s what we do. We spend a lot of time on our feet, and the floor is always a bit damp from the constant cleaning we have to do.
