Flora Restaurant

Flora Restaurant is inside The Chambers Hotel over on Gujarat College Road. We are pretty close to Nagri Hospital in the Ellis Bridge area of Ahmedabad. It is a busy part of the city so we get a lot of people coming in from the nearby offices and the hospital too. Being in a hotel means we are open early for breakfast and stay busy until late at night. The dining room is not huge but it has got enough space for families to sit together. We have been here in the 380006 area for a long time. The decor is a bit older but we keep it tidy. Our kitchen staff has been together for a while so they work pretty fast when the orders come in. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just show up and cook every day. Some days are much busier than others especially when there is an event at the college or a lot of people at the hospital. We see a lot of regular customers who have been coming to Ellis Bridge for years. The menu is mostly traditional stuff that people around here grew up eating at home. We do not try to be something we are not. It is just a straightforward hotel restaurant. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache because of the location but people find a way. We just focus on getting the orders right for everyone.
