Facebook Restaurant

If you go to Centaur Complex in Navrangpura, you will find us there. We are near Vijay Cross Road, which is one of the busiest spots in this part of Ahmedabad. The restaurant is called Facebook Restaurant. People sometimes laugh at the name when they see it, but we just stuck with it over the years. We are right in the 380009 area. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots of students and office workers walking around. The complex itself has a few other shops and businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We aren't a high-end place with white tablecloths or expensive decor. It’s more of a regular spot where you can grab a meal without too much fuss or waiting. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the summer. We keep the fans going and try to stay cool while we work. Navrangpura is a good place to be because there is always some energy on the streets. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads to get people in. Most of our customers are just people walking by or those who live nearby in the blocks. The kitchen is busy during the lunch hour and then again in the evening. It’s a simple routine. We get the ingredients in, cook the food, and serve it to the tables. It’s just us doing our daily job in the Centaur Complex.
