Eastin Easy Citizen Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on C G Road in Ahmedabad, right across from Darshan Society. This is a busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Eastin Easy Citizen Restaurant is where we work every day. We aren't a high-end fancy place with white tablecloths and tiny portions. We just have simple tables and chairs where you can sit down and have a meal. The staff here is pretty small, and we mostly know each other's routines by now. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the dining area is swept. C G Road can get quite noisy with all the scooters and cars, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We serve the kind of food that people in this neighborhood like to eat. We don't have a big corporate handbook or some complicated philosophy. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the orders are correct. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish if it’s been a busy lunch hour, but that’s just how it goes with fresh cooking. Our uniforms are just simple shirts, and we don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We’re just a local spot where you can get some food without a lot of fuss. We keep the lights on and the doors open for whoever comes by looking for a bite to eat.
