Dine High 2

Dine High 2 is located inside the Klassic Hotel in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The address is 42 Sardar Patel Nagar, which is right behind the telephone exchange on C G Road. It’s a pretty central spot in the city, so we get a mix of hotel guests and people who are just working nearby. The hotel environment means we have to be ready pretty early for breakfast and keep going until late at night. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a bunch of us working in the kitchen and the dining room. C G Road is always humming with activity, and you can hear the traffic if you stand near the entrance. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is tidy and that the kitchen has everything it needs for the day. Sometimes we run out of something and have to send someone out to the local market quickly. That’s just how it is here. We do not use any polished language or big promises. We’re just a local restaurant in a hotel trying to do a good job every day. The staff here is like a small family, and we have been working together for a while now. We just focus on the orders and making sure the guests are comfortable. It is a straightforward business without any extra fluff or fancy talk. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
