Delizo Restaurant

If you walk into the Shree Balaji Alfa Bazaar Mall near Law Garden, you’ll find Delizo Restaurant right there on the ground floor. We are at units 72 and 73. It’s usually pretty lively around here, especially with the Law Society nearby and all the people visiting the garden. We opened up here so we could serve food to the shoppers and students who hang out in this part of Ahmedabad. It gets quite crowded on the weekends when everyone is out at the bazaar, so it can get a bit loud inside. We try to keep the tables clean and get the orders out as fast as we can, though sometimes when it's packed, things take a minute longer. The kitchen is always busy. We don't do anything too fancy, just regular meals that people enjoy when they're taking a break from walking around. We see a lot of the same faces coming in for lunch, which is nice. The mall has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that over time. We keep the menu simple so we can focus on making the food taste like it should. It’s a practical spot for a quick bite or a sit-down meal if you find a free table. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just open the doors every morning and start cooking for whoever walks in from the street. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy the routine.
