We've been at J.C. Ind. Estate on Kanakapura Road for a while now. It's a busy spot, especially around the 11th K.M. mark. Mostly we deal with electrical components and parts. The shop isn't fancy, just a lot of shelves and boxes piled up. Usually, people come in looking for specific wiring or switches they can't find elsewhere. It gets dusty in the estate, but that’s just how it is. We spend most mornings sorting through inventory and taking calls. Sometimes the orders are small, just a few items for a local repair. Other times it's bigger stuff. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us because they know we're here or someone told them. It's honest work. My hands are usually a bit dirty from moving boxes around. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoon. It helps get through the paperwork. The traffic on Kanakapura Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get most of our shipping done early. It’s just us here, making sure things get out the door. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs near the front. It’s practical. We know our regulars by name. They stop by, grab what they need, and we chat for a minute.
