Chirag The Restaurant

Chirag The Restaurant is located at Shop No. 21 in the Lal Bahadur Shastri Municipal Market. We are on the ground floor, right on Narayannagar Road in Paldi. It is a busy part of Ahmedabad, especially with NID being so close by. We get a lot of students and people who work in the market coming in for a bite. The market itself is always noisy, with vendors calling out and scooters zooming past, but our shop is a place to sit for a minute. It is not a big space, just a few tables and a small kitchen where we do all the cooking fresh every day. We focus on simple meals that do not cost too much because we know our customers are looking for value. The floor is tile and the walls are plain, but we keep it as clean as we can. We have seen a lot of students graduate and move on over the years, but there is always a new group coming in to try our food. Being in a municipal market means we follow the rhythm of the city. We open early to get things ready and stay open until the evening rush dies down. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good spot and cooking food that tastes like home for the 380007 crowd every single day.
