Cheval Cafeteria and Restaurant is located in Ahmedabad at the Gala Business Center 1, specifically units 5 and 6. We are right in Navrangpura, which is a very active part of the city. Being near St. Xaviers College and opposite Zodiac Plaza means we get a lot of students and office workers coming in throughout the day. The cafeteria has a bit of a faster pace during the lunch hour when the college kids are on break. It’s a straightforward setup where you can come in, sit down, and have a meal without any unnecessary fuss. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow and change. Navrangpura is always moving, and we try to keep up with that energy. Our place is practical and comfortable. We don't have a big corporate team behind us; it's just a small group of us managing the floor and the kitchen. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is clean and that the food is coming out on time. It gets pretty loud when the restaurant is full, but we like the atmosphere that way. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or fancy place in Ahmedabad. We just want to be a reliable spot where people in the Navrangpura area can grab a bite.
