Chandan Ceramics

We are located on the ground floor of Jaydeep Tower, unit number 12. It’s quite near the Shreyas Railway Crossing in Paldi. The traffic around the crossing can be a bit much during rush hour, but it brings people past our windows. We deal in ceramic goods, mostly tiles and some bathroom fittings. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with different styles. It’s a bit of a maze in here if I’m honest. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We don't worry about that too much though. Our focus is on having the stock ready when someone needs it for a renovation. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find a specific color match. It’s just a family-run place. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets busy. We don't use any high-tech systems, just a big notebook where we write down the orders and the payments. It works for us. Customers like that they can come in and chat without feeling rushed. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If we don't have something, we usually tell you where else you might find it. That’s just the way we like to treat people. It’s a simple shop for people who need practical things for their houses. We keep things easy and honest for everyone.
