Cafe 15 A (Regenta Hotel)

Cafe 15 A is located inside the Regenta Hotel on Ashram Road. If you’ve ever been to Ahmedabad, you know that Ashram Road is one of those places that never really stops. We are right opposite Azad Sweets and near the old Vadaj area. It’s a good spot because people know exactly where we are. In the mornings, things start early with the breakfast service for the hotel guests. It’s a lot of eggs, toast, and tea going out all at once. The rest of the day is a bit more varied. We get local business people coming in for lunch or just to escape the Ahmedabad heat for a while. The interior is comfortable enough, though we’re always rearranging the chairs to fit different groups. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated menus. We just serve what people expect to find in a hotel cafe. The staff is used to the fast pace of the city. We’ve had the same kitchen crew for a bit, so they know how to get things out quickly when the lunch rush hits. It’s just a regular part of the hotel where you can get a decent meal without any drama. We keep the place clean, the air conditioning running, and the food ready. That’s really all there is to it. People come in, eat, and go back to their busy days on Ashram Road.
