The India Cements Ltd.

We’ve been here at Platinum Plaza for a while now, up on the third floor in room 302. If you know Judges Bunglow Road in Bodakdev, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a good spot though, even with the traffic. We mostly handle the cement side of things from this office. It’s not a fancy setup, just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth about delivery schedules and supply. Most days are pretty much the same. We get in, check what orders came through, and see where the trucks are. Cement is one of those things people always need, so there's usually something to do. The area around Vastrapur is always growing, so we see a lot of new construction happening just by looking out the window. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the vehicles outside, but you get used to it after a week. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here, just making sure the bags get to where they need to go on time. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. If someone stops by, we're usually just buried in spreadsheets or talking to the site guys on the mobile. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a working office where we try to keep things moving. The tea stall downstairs is where we end up half the time anyway. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out.
