Bluez Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in the Super Mall on C G Road, at number 421. It is a very busy area, especially with all the shopping and people walking around near Lal Bunglow. C G Road has always been a hub in Ahmedabad, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in the mall for a while now. It is a convenient spot for people who are out doing their errands or just want to grab something to eat while they shop. We don't try to be a fancy five-star place. We are just a regular restaurant where the food is okay and we just try to get it out on time. Our day usually involves a lot of prep work in the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready for the lunch rush. It can get pretty hectic on the weekends when the mall is full of families and kids running around. We just take it one day at a time. The staff here are hard workers and we mostly just focus on keeping the tables clean and the customers fed. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It is just about serving meals and making sure people have a place to sit. If you are around C G Road, you can just head up to the mall and find us there.
