Blue Coriander Restaurant

We are over at the Parker Lords Eco Inn on Gulbai Tekra Road. If you are looking for us, we're right opposite the IDBI Bank. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad but quiet once you get inside. We have been serving food here for a while now. People usually find us when they are visiting the inn or just walking around the Vasant Baug area. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on getting the meals out hot and making sure the tables are clean. It is not a fancy place with lots of decorations, but it works for a family dinner or a quick lunch. The kitchen keeps busy most days. We see a lot of regulars from the neighborhood. Some folks come in after finishing their work at the bank across the street. We try to keep things simple and honest. You don't need a map to find us, just look for the sign near the 10 Vasant Baug gate. Sometimes the traffic on Gulbai Tekra Road gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We have our routine and we stick to it. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know how people like their tea or their curry.
