We are located at 7-Purvi Tenament in the Bethak-Naroda area of Ahmedabad. It’s a bit different being in a tenement setup for an office, but it works for us. Binani Cement Ltd. has been here in Gujarat for quite some time, and this spot serves us well. It feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. You’ll probably see some laundry hanging nearby or hear kids playing outside while we’re inside talking about cement shipments. It’s just how this neighborhood is. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We handle a lot of the local demand around Naroda. The roads can be a mess when it rains, but we manage to keep the trucks moving. People around here know us as the cement guys. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just check the inventory, take the orders, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s going on time. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for years. Ahmedabad is a fast-growing city, so there is always a need for what we do. We like being part of the local scene here, even if our office is just a small place in a tenement. It’s honest and keeps us busy without needing any fancy corporate polish.
