Big Daddy Estate Management

We are located at B/12 in the Silver Oak Complex. This is in the Paldi area, right near Mahavir Tower. Managing properties keeps us quite busy most days. There is always a phone ringing or someone coming in with a question about their rent or a leaky pipe. We spend a lot of time looking at keys and paperwork. The office is small and usually has stacks of files on the desks. We try to keep track of everything but sometimes things get misplaced for a minute. It’s just the way it goes when you deal with so many different buildings and tenants. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just making sure the apartments and shops we look after are doing okay. Sometimes we have to go out and meet a plumber or show a room to someone new. The traffic in Paldi can be a headache, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been at this address, 380007, for a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a big team of corporate types, just a few people who know how to handle the daily issues that come up with real estate. It's mostly about answering emails and making sure the lights stay on in the common areas. We just take one day at a time and try to stay on top of the list of things that need fixing around the place.
