You can find us at Bharat Bijlee Ltd on the 4th floor of the Shapath V building. We are right on the S G Highway, directly opposite the Karnavati Club. It’s a well-known spot, though the traffic on the highway can be a real headache during peak hours. Our office is in room 411. Even though it’s a modern building, our day-to-day operations are quite practical. We handle a lot of electrical equipment like motors and transformers. The office is a mix of sales staff on their phones and technical people looking over drawings. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of inventory coming through, but we manage the space okay. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just calendars and some charts about our product lines. The view from the fourth floor is mostly just the busy highway and the club across the street. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our factory and making sure the right parts get to the right people. It’s a professional enough environment, but we don't worry too much about being polished or corporate. If someone walks in, they usually just talk to whoever is free at the front desk. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it works well for us because it’s a central point for many of our clients to visit.
