You can find us in the Damodar Building on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad. We are right across from the Bank of Baroda. It's a very busy street, and the St Laurn Hotel is just a short walk away. We’ve been serving parothas here for a good while. People stop in during their lunch breaks from the nearby offices. It gets pretty hectic around noon, and sometimes you might have to share a table if it’s full. We don’t have a big fancy interior, just some basic tables and chairs where you can sit and eat. The kitchen is always going, and you can smell the food from the sidewalk. Ashram Road is always full of traffic, so there’s constant noise outside. We keep it simple with our menu. There aren't any complicated dishes, just the usual stuff people like to eat. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when the stove is full, but we do what we can. The guys in the kitchen have been with us for a long time. They know how people like their food. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. It’s just a spot for a decent meal without spending too much. Most of our customers are locals or people working nearby who just want something filling. We keep the doors open all day, and there's usually someone sitting and eating. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood here. We don't do much with decorations because the food matters more to the people who come here.
