Barbeque Nation Restaurant

So, Barbeque Nation Restaurant is located right at Shop No 3 in Shivalik Iii. If you're driving down Drive In Road, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times without thinking twice. We are really close to the Mile Stone Complex, which is a big landmark for people in this part of 380052. The road outside stays busy from morning until late at night, with people always rushing somewhere. We get here early to start prepping. There is a lot of lifting and moving stuff around before the first customer even shows up. The shop itself isn't massive, but it fits what we need. We spend our time checking the inventory and making sure the grills are clean. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. Being on Drive In Road means there is always something happening outside the front door. We see the same regulars walking by and the same delivery trucks every day. It’s a steady kind of life. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a lot, especially during the summer months, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have any grand ideas about what we do; we just try to keep things running smooth and make sure the food is ready on time. It is a practical business and we are just some regular folks trying to do a decent job here in Ahmedabad. Nothing too special about it, just our daily work and the same old routine.
