Bansari Restaurant (Sola Road)

You can find Bansari Restaurant over on Sola Road, specifically at Vitthal Villa in Mrudulpark Society II. We are right by the Sattadhar Char Rasta, which is a big intersection in Ahmedabad 380061. It’s a good location because so many people pass through that crossroads every day. We are not a chain or a big corporate restaurant. We are just a local place on Sola Road. The building is part of the society, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We have been here serving the local residents for a while now. Most of the people who come in live in the nearby apartments or societies like Mrudulpark. It is a simple place where you can get a meal without any drama. We don’t use fancy lighting or have a big marketing budget. We just keep the place clean and the food ready. Sola Road is always moving, but inside it’s a bit more relaxed. Sometimes the traffic at Sattadhar Char Rasta makes it hard to cross, but we are just a short walk from the corner. We spend our days in the kitchen or at the counter. It is not a glamorous life, but it is our life. We don’t have any mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and do our best until we close. It’s just a restaurant for the people who live and work around here, keeping things real and simple.
