B. Sc. Dairy Technology

You can find us at 1, Saundarya Park Society in Maninagar East. We are right near the Methodist Church, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. This place is more of a specialized spot for the dairy technology side of things. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office block. There’s a bit of a garden out front that someone tries to keep tidy, though the grass gets long in the monsoon. Inside, we have our equipment and the books we need for the work. It’s usually pretty quiet around here compared to the main market area of Maninagar. We focus a lot on the technical details of milk and dairy production. It’s a lot of testing and looking at data on small screens. Sometimes students or people from the industry stop by to ask about specific dairy processes. We don’t have a big reception desk, you just kind of walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to cleaning up the lab space. The church bells ring at certain times and it’s a nice sound to have in the background while we work. We’ve been in this society for a while, and the neighbors are all used to us being here with our weird machines and bottles. It’s a simple, honest setup for our daily tasks and research.
