We are located at 65/66 Narayan Industrial Estate. Our spot is right opposite the old Raipur Mill in Saraspur. You can see the mill from our front gate, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Saraspur is a busy area, and the industrial estate is always humming with activity. We have the two units, 65 and 66, which gives us enough room for the things we do at Avi Appliances Pvt Ltd. It’s an older part of the city, so the streets are narrow and can get pretty crowded with delivery vans and rickshaws. The morning air is usually a bit cooler, but by noon, the tin roofs of the estate make things pretty warm inside. We have been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners nearby. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we all congregate. Our space isn't polished like a showroom; it is a working floor with tools, parts, and boxes everywhere. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. As long as the machines are running and we have enough light to see by, we are happy. The Raipur Mill across the way reminds us of how much history this area has. We just keep doing our part in our little corner of Narayan Estate every single day.
