Automation

We are based at 1, Akshay Co. Op. Housing Society, which is situated right opposite the Reghuveer Complex on Odhav Road. It is a bit of a funny spot for a business named Automation because it’s a residential building, but it works well enough for us. We have our main setup on the ground floor. The space is mostly filled with computers, control panels, and a whole lot of tangled wires. We aren't a big company by any means, just a small group of us who handle various technical projects. Odhav Road is always noisy with heavy traffic and trucks going past, so it’s never really quiet in the office. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a circuit board or staring at a screen trying to find a mistake in the code. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work and we often get our hands a bit dirty. Sometimes we have to go out to factories to install things, but this is where we do all the prep. We don't have a big sign out front, so most people just look for the society gate. It’s a simple operation and we don’t spend much time on appearances. We just focus on getting the systems to run properly and making sure we don’t run out of solder or tea during the day.
