We have our setup out in Bopal, near the Inductotherm plant. Being on the outskirts like this means it is a little less hectic than the center of the city. We have been at this location for a good number of years. At Athena Controls, our daily life revolves around control panels and wiring diagrams. The building we are in is quite practical and doesn't have any of those modern glass walls. It is a sturdy place that keeps the rain out. We have a front office area for the paperwork and a larger space in the back where the actual assembly happens. It can get a bit dusty because of the industrial surroundings, but we try our best to keep the work areas tidy. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We don't really have a formal dress code; most of us just wear what is comfortable for moving around equipment. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting small issues with the systems we build. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the end, but usually, we wrap up on time. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the technical work that is required of us, and make sure the controllers are set up correctly.
