Our place is out in Ahmedabad, specifically near the Chanakyapuri overbridge in Ghatlodia. If you’ve ever been by Shivnagar, you know the spot. We spend most of our days surrounded by granite and tiles, dealing with the dust and the heavy lifting that comes with it. The office is at number 10, and it’s usually pretty hectic with the sound of traffic coming off the bridge. We have samples laid out everywhere, and sometimes it's hard to find a clear spot on the desk to even put a cup of tea. The Ahmedabad heat can be pretty brutal in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going constantly while we sort through orders and talk to people who come in. It’s not a fancy place, just a working office where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock in the back. Sometimes the shipments are late or the colors don't look quite right in the light, and we have to figure it out as we go. It’s just how things are here. Most of the folks who stop by are locals or contractors who need stuff for a project. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the routine of the overbridge noise and the heavy stone has just become part of who we are. It’s just us doing our thing in Shivnagar.
