We operate out of B/1 Prabhu Kutir, which is quite close to the Sandesh Press building in Bodakdev. It’s a busy area and we are always on the move. Most of our work involves going out to people’s homes or offices when their cooling stops working. As you know, the heat around here gets pretty bad in the summer, so that's when we are the busiest. We handle repairs, cleaning, and sometimes we install new units if the old ones are completely broken. The shop is more of a base where we keep our tools and spare parts. It’s often a bit messy with copper pipes and toolboxes lying around. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. My technicians have seen every kind of AC problem you can imagine. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. Usually, the phone just rings and we head out to the next job. Bodakdev is a good location because we can get to most parts of the city fairly quickly from here. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic near the press, but we try to be on time.
