Ashish Restaurant & Snacks

Ashish Restaurant & Snacks is situated on Ellis Bridge Road in the Bhadra area of Ahmedabad. We are right near the Gujarati House and directly opposite Victoria Garden. This is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. There is always a lot of traffic on the road and people walking toward the garden or the nearby markets. Our shop is a place where you can get a quick bite to eat while you are out doing your errands. We have a lot of snacks that people like to grab on the go. The restaurant part has some seating, but it is pretty basic for customers. We spend our mornings preparing the dough and the fillings for the different snacks we sell throughout the day. The heat in Ahmedabad can be quite intense, especially near the main roads, so people often duck in here just to get out of the sun for a bit. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. Being across from Victoria Garden means we see a lot of families on the weekends. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the counter. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we do here. We just make the food, serve the customers as they come in, and clean up at the end of the night.
