Our kitchen is right here in Jamalpur, specifically at 4178/1. If you know the area near the Municipal Corporation in Ahmedabad, you've probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. Nadiawad is a busy spot, and things can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and people moving around all day. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. Most days start early, getting things ready before the sun really gets hot. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where the stove is always going. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly folks who work nearby or live in the narrow lanes of Jamalpur. The address is 380001, but locals just know the way. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle with the turns around here, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly about getting the orders right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the pots and pans, and the smell of spices that sticks to your clothes by the end of the shift. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the Municipal Corporation building stays the same. Working in this part of Ahmedabad means you have to be okay with a bit of chaos. It’s just the way things are in Jamalpur, and we wouldn't really know how to work anywhere else.
